THE PROCESS: How does it work?

Get in touch with me via email. Ensure you have your domain name and email address associated with your practice.
Select a product that suits your needs. Full payment required upfront upon booking. Review and sign the Seed Web Design agreement form.
Book in your 1 hour online strategy and design consultation.
Complete the 'Website Planner Pack' document to assist me in getting a clear understanding of your business and website needs.
Allow about 1 week to pull your content together.
Send me your website content and material.
This is the strategy and design stage. We'll meet online at the online 'Website Planning Consultation'. We will review your 'Website Planner Pack' and discuss your website.
Together, we'll come up with a plan for your site.
For website re-designs, invite me as a ‘administrator’ on Squarespace. I'll get to work re-designing your website.

For new websites, I will start building your website which will be transferred to you once complete.
After 3-4 weeks, it's website handover (1-2 weeks for existing websites; 1 week for single page websites).
Video walkthrough for handover and future editing.
Your new website will be live (once you approve).
Revisions can be made during the 30 day period post website handover. You'll also have support via email during this time to let me know if there are any issues or to answer questions.

I use Squarespace because it’s a reputable provider and they have high quality templates. Squarespace is user-friendly, making it easy to maintain, and make changes and updates to your website yourself as required. In my opinion, it’s the perfect hosting platform for psychologists.
Of course! Your website will be custom designed for your practice. Layout, colours, fonts, buttons, page titles, navigation links, logos, images, graphics, and icons will be personalised to your brand and preferences.
The ‘Website Planner Pack’ is a 12-page document that is completed ahead of your online design and strategy consultation. It has heaps of questions about your business and practice, and your vision for your website. I recommend taking at least a week to pull together all your content and to complete the pack.

When a website is SEO ready, it is designed, structured, and organised to attract more traffic, so that it is high ranking and appears in popular search engines (i.e., Google) and can be found by potential clients.
